I am an empathic Psychologist who uses humor to speak about difficult topics. My goal is to help my clients reach their goals whether that be increased insight, behavior change, or managing thoughts. I use a non-judgmental and supportive stance to help my clients feel more comfortable when speaking about issues that may make them feel vulnerable. At times, I can be irreverent and direct, which helps when we find ourselves avoiding what needs to be addressed. In addition to working with clients in my private practice, I work for Northwell Health providing psychotherapy to Residents, Fellows, and other Medical/Professional Staff.
