I enjoy working with people who are motivated in becoming the best version of who they can be. I come from a client centered perspective emphasizing the areas in which people want to make changes in their lives. I want to try and help clients develop the healthiest and most rational perspective and mindset to accomplish whatever goals they’re looking to achieve. I believe it’s very important early on to establish trust and to establish an environment where a client is comfortable with their therapist. This will allow for a foundation for setting goals and achieving them.
