But, when people experience internal or external change, and resist such, they can feel a loss of control. By identifying values, developing insight, and encouraging self-care, I have helped countless clients regain control. I have worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient, residential, and inpatient; and with a variety of populations, including adults, adolescents, and children experiencing depressive, anxiety, trauma/stressor, disruptive/impulse-control, substance, or personality disorders.
