I focus on working with teens, adults, and older adults in dealing with a broad range of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, spiritual issues, anger management, premarital and marital relationships, and family and friendship relational problems. I really enjoy working with all types of couples. I also have specialty training the area of trauma recovery (EMDR and brainspotting). Do you need someone to talk to about the challenges of life? I am ready to listen in the confidential and calm space of the counseling room. I look forward to meeting you and walking alongside you as you seek to be transformed and changed/ I have competed level 3 of Gottman training for couples therapy and I am currently in their certification program. This is my primary mode of couples counseling. I recently trained in emotion focused therapy (EFT) and plan on incorporating this as well. I am also trained in EMDR and brainspottng. Use this to help with trauma desensitization and recovery.
