I will bring to each session compassion, patience, understanding, my sense of humor, and a trove of experience. If you're searching for a therapist to help you process your experiences and feelings, or to make sense of a particular moment in your life, then you've found a therapist who is ready to stand by you on this journey. I'll create a space for reflection while remaining present and non-judgmental. In addition, I'll bring my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (basic EMDR) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (basic IFS).
