Starting therapy can feel a bit scary, and that is completely understandable. It’s normal to feel nervous, but know that you’re not alone in this journey, and those nerves are just part of the process. I approach therapy with empathy, an open mind, and a lot of kindness and warmth. I truly believe in the power of creating a safe and supportive space for my clients. The most rewarding part of my work is witnessing the growth and progress of my clients as they move toward a place where they can enjoy their daily lives with confidence and peace.
