My commitment to this field stems from a deep belief in the power of therapy to create meaningful change and the importance of providing a safe, supportive space for growth and healing. Through active listening, empathy, and validation, I ensure that each client’s experiences are acknowledged and respected. I use open-ended questions, reflective listening, and nonjudgmental communication to foster meaningful dialogue and deeper self-awareness.
