I have worked in the mental health field since 1996 and have had a private practice since 2002. I worked in community mental health and at a local Hospice as a bereavement counselor, both for many years. I specialize in the following: Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Caregiver Stress and Strain, Family and Marital relationships, Employment related issues, Self-Esteem issues, and Stress Management.
