I take an integrative holistic approach to therapy and conceptualize client experience across biological, psychological, social, and cultural domains that all interact over developmental time. My view is that clients seek therapy because their lives are confusing and part of the therapy process is to help provide clarity for clients (putting together the pieces of the puzzle), thus helping them to make informed life choices and find a healthful path forward. My practice is part-time and I see in-person clients at my Hillcrest office. For initial contact it is best to email me. I am a licensed psychologist. I specialize in treating adults and adolescents who struggle with mood-related issues (anxiety, depression, traumatic stress). My orientation is eclectic but primarily cognitive-behavioral in conceptualization. I can work with individuals and couples in either in-person or tele-health modalities.
