I have 30 years experience working with ages 18 and older. I believe in the wholistic approach, working with an individual's mind, body, and spirit. I like to teach practical ways of coping with the outside world and empower my client to assert themselves to get their needs met. I have worked with various diagnoses throughout the years, including mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and dual diagnosis. I also work with relationship issues, grief, codependency, and work issues.
