I am currently accepting new clients. Through therapy we can break troubling patterns of thoughts and behaviors, move toward more fulfilling relationships, increase our capacity to cope with suffering, and identify and draw upon internal resources and strengths in order to live life in full. I believe that a strong, trusting, empathic, and collaborative alliance is at the core of a successful therapeutic experience and that this relationship is the key to effective treatment.
