Much of our lives are series of automatic reactions and habits. In between being in these modes of autopilot, we can have moments of awareness something isn’t quite right or we envision our life differently. In our work together, I will utilize our relationship to help expand your awareness and move toward acceptance and deciding on an appropriate action. My role is to provide safety, security and honesty for you to use and explore what is most important in your life. One of my personal beliefs is that we all have the capacity to change and that we all are doing the best we can with the tools we have.
