About
With nearly two decades in this field, I've had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life across various settings. Today, I serve as a Psychologist II for New York State's Office of Mental Health and offer telehealth services through my private practice. I work with a wide range of challenges, and I'm especially experienced in supporting people through trauma, mood and anxiety concerns, ADHD, OCD, family dynamics, and personality disorders. My years of experience have taught me that every person's journey is unique, and I'm committed to creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, I draw from research-supported methods, humanistic principles, and experiential techniques. This flexibility allows me to meet you where you are and use approaches that resonate most with your unique situation and goals.
