If asked what brought me into this crazy field, two answers surface. First, I was exposed as a child to my father's special ed students, so-called problem kids. Then, I soon found myself one of those people! Adolescence brought anger, rejection, depression and anxiety. These experiences, along with getting three degrees in psychology, have helped me develop a compassion and passion for helping those struggling with life's issues. Although I never push faith,becoming a Christian has helped as well. After 25 years working with couples, mood, anxiety and personality problems, I am still liking my job!
