My experience includes working in a state psychiatric hospital, mental health court, skilled nursing facility, & individual therapy. As a result, I am experienced working with individuals suffering from a broad range of severe & persistent mental illness: depression, anxiety, stress, bipolar disorder, anger issues, trauma, binge eating disorder, and more. Amongst others, I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for individuals with trauma/PTSD.
