Michael works with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges—often when life feels heavier or more complicated than it used to. Therapy is more effective when it feel less like a clinical checklist and more like a real conversation with purpose. Michael takes an individualized, trauma-informed approach, meeting clients where they are. He is EMDR trained and helps clients process experiences that may continue to show up, so they can move forward with greater clarity and ease.
