Horses offer both a grounding presence and an honest reflection of how we show up. Whether you are working through relationship struggles, grief, trauma, depression, or just feeling stuck, we can work with present-moment connections to experiment with new ways of being. I am a licensed mental-health counselor candidate (LPCC) with an MA in Nature-Based Transpersonal Counseling from Naropa University. I work with youth and adults at Medicine Horse in Longmont, Colorado, to offer equine-facilitated psychotherapy in partnership with our herd of animals. I also offer nature-based sessions in Boulder County.
