As an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist at the Center for Mental Health Excellence (CFMHE), I am eager to help you on your personal journeys toward health and happiness, walking alongside you as you find your rhythm. With virtual access, we can create a collaborative space, where trust and safety are clear, where support is abundant and true happiness is attainable. I believe we can meet the continuing challenges we face, together, with purpose and confidence. My background and life experiences provide me with a unique ability to view situations from multiple perspectives and from a place of neutrality. At CFMHE, I bring solution-focused training, EFT and CBT experience, and narrative therapy perspectives to my clients. I find these approaches both forward-thinking and optimistic in nature.
