The expectation in the counseling relationship is for honesty with a commitment of growth, healing, and self-discovery. My approach to counseling is that of person-centered and goal-oriented. My focus is to help clients determine his or her level of need and their commitment to developing the coping skills needed to improve upon their issues. I currently am a mental health and D&A counselor. My credentials include Certified Advanced Alcohol and a Drug Counselor and Licensed Master Social Worker.
