Hello, I'm Mike, a registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist with experience working with adults, couples, and adolescents. I enjoy working with a wide range of different presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, relational concerns, as well as men’s issues. I am passionate about creating a space where people can be their authentic selves, supporting them through the journey of self-understanding. I have worked with many people who had never seen a therapist before, and find joy in helping people open up for the first time. View 8 Photos My work is rooted in evidence-based modalities, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Solutions Focused Therapy. Working with couples, I am passionate about Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). I hold a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from UCSD & Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy.
