I believe that each person’s story is important, and each person has the power to re-write their story. In my practice as a therapist, I will provide a safe space for clients to tell their story. Together, we will develop coping skills, explore different intervention strategies and identify resources as you begin your journey to finding and living the best version of yourself. I have learnt that although therapy involves making oneself vulnerable, therapy is not an event but a process which takes time and commitment.
