With ten years of experience working with youth and families, I am committed to helping you uncover the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Development is a dynamic process that unfolds within our relationships and environments. As we grow, our experiences continually shape how we view ourselves, others, and the world around us, as well as the resources we have to cope with stress. Together we can discover a pathway toward hope and change. I offer both in-person and remote therapy for children, adolescents, and adults dealing with mood disorders, behavioral challenges, ADHD, learning differences, autism, and trauma.
