I bring 25 plus years of professional experience to all my clients. I take seriously their issues, problems and struggles. I listen with a caring heart and respect my clients and their views. I offer hope to those who struggle with pain and am honored to walk with them in part of their life journey. My counseling approach is supportive, thoughtful, and gently challenging. My specialties include working with those who are struggling with anxiety, the darkness of depression, addiction, and those fighting compulsive sexual behaviors. I also assist couples with communication and decision making.
