Hi, I’m Michael. I work with adults who are feeling weighed down by anxiety, depression, substance use, self-esteem struggles, or ongoing conflict in their relationships or daily lives. Many people I work with feel stuck — like they’ve tried to make changes before but haven’t quite gotten where they want to be. My goal is to offer a supportive space where we can slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and start building a life that feels more manageable and meaningful.
