My ideal clients include adults of all genders; teens and adolescents; and young children experiencing behavioral and emotional challenges. I work with individuals navigating relationship struggles, depression, grief, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, abuse, infertility and fertility treatment, and behavioral regulation difficulties. I also enjoy working with athletes and performers managing performance anxiety, confidence issues, injury recovery, identity transitions, and the mental demands of competitive environments. My clients are motivated to engage in therapy, open to growth, and are seeking insight and healing. Using approaches such as Psychoanalytical, CBT, Gottman Method, mindfulness, client-centered therapy, sports psychology, couples, sex therapy, trauma- focused and talk therapy, I provide a supportive space to process experiences and build coping skills.
