My goal is to provide a supportive and compassionate environment where you can feel safe in addressing items that are personal to you, from the more general ideas to the personal feelings that can make us feel vulnerable. I work with individuals and couples around issues related to relationships, anxiety and depression, as well as self esteem and self worth.
