If you are someone who is motivated for change and wants to be there 100%, I am here for you! I work best with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, poly substance abuse and dependence, and personality disorders. I help clients live self-actualized lives due to difficulties with work, family life, and self-esteem. I use combination of Rogerian, CBT, and Insight therapies in a way that encourages self-expression, improved communication skills, and self understanding. Empathy and self-awareness are modeled by my approach to the clients I work with in a safe environment.
