I see my role as someone who is focused on treating how we relate, to ourselves, to others, to the world. Therapy with me isn’t about solving every puzzle or having the right answer. It’s about exploring together. I strive to create a sense of safety, security, and sanity. It won't always be comfortable, but I want to encourage my clients to face the things that make them uncomfortable honestly.
