Hi, my name is Mike! As a mental health professional, my dedication is focused on helping individuals overcome their most significant emotional and behavioral challenges. My work primarily focuses on individuals diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and Bipolar Disorder, as well as first responders and professionals in other high-stress careers, providing them with the tools to manage depression, anxiety, and the impact of trauma and burnout. I believe deeply that a non-judgmental, accepting environment is the foundation of true healing.
