I enjoy working with people across the lifespan, but I particularly enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and families. I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment-related concerns, and anger. I work with individuals, families, and couples with these issues that are seeking out growth, healing, and reconnection with themselves and their relationships. I will take a collaborative and systemic approach with you, in which I recognize the complex system that each individual comes from and am willing to collaborate with not just you, but the system involved with your mental health journey.
