I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor, and Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator (LPC, LAC, NMCF) with over a decade of experience supporting adults and couples through trauma recovery, addiction, life transitions, and spiritual emergence. Many of the people I work with feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of their next steps—yet they also sense there is more depth, meaning, and potential available to them. Therapy doesn’t have to feel like a chore. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and empowering, helping you build emotional resilience and feel more masterful in your ability to create real change. My work draws from both Eastern and Western approaches to healing. I integrate evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies, and mindfulness and meditation practices. Together, we focus on symptom relief, deeper healing, nervous system regulation, and transformation.
