I currently have openings! I specialize in working with older adolescents, young adults through mid life adults who are struggling with behavioral/emotional/or cognitive symptoms related to anxiety and stress. Looking below the surface many people uncover developmental trauma which unlike an intense event, happens through our developmental growth period, it is how we learned to see ourselves, sense our own innate human value and how we interacted with the world. This may show up in your life as perfectionism, difficulty with doing boundaries or being assertive, struggling to engage self care etc. I am a very active therapist. I enjoy working with people to identify not only the issue but also clients innate strengths and amplify them. I utilize neuroscience based interventions including polyvagal theory as a foundation, trauma interventions as well as basic CBT. I have recently added Neurofeedback to my practice with great success!
