Do you find yourself seeking comfort in your life, to the point of missing out on important tasks? Do you feel like your judgment is in line with your future goals but you feel ‘stuck’ due to the fear of feeling out of control? You may think you need to ‘stop’ these emotions or thoughts. However, certain emotions, thoughts and feelings cannot be stopped. Rather, we can work together to practice increasing capacity to experience these things. From the start, we will work to define ways your life is not aligned with your ideal self, and we will work to define what behaviors you wish to increase and decrease through treatment goals.
