With over 28 yrs. of experience with my Masters in Social Work, I have helped people through difficult times and life transitions. This includes but is not limited too, making a decision about ending a relationship, death of a loved on, changing jobs, struggles with peer relationships and moving. Additionally, anxiety, panic and stress are frequent reasons someone may be seen. I also treat trauma and use a trauma informed approach throughout treatment. It is important for me to have clients feel heard and see there is a path forward. Often goals include building new coping skills and new patterns of positive choices.
