As a counselor at A Rejuvenated Mind, my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental place to heal and obtain support for future or current life challenges. I employ empirically driven, individually tailored counseling techniques to best serve you. I will work with you to problem solve ways to overcome barriers to your wellness, as well as provide you with skills that can help you to achieve your goals. I have years of experience working in a range of therapeutic settings, from the intensive hospital setting to individual outpatient counseling, and am able to provide treatment for wide range of diagnoses.
