Welcome, I'm glad you're here. I help teens and adults manage daily stressors, life transitions and relationship issues. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, grief/ loss, low self-esteem, as well as parenting challenges and family conflict. I also enjoy working with young adults as they enter adulthood. I provide a safe space to explore what is blocking you from reaching your full potential. My style is active and collaborative. My approach is client-centered, so I utilize methods and techniques that fit your personal needs, and we work together to create an individualized plan to reach your goals.
