I am an established therapist with over 10 of clinical practice, and 25 years in the field. My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, recovery from trauma/PTSD, grief and loss, chronic illness, spiritual exploration, and life transitions. I am trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Integrative Medicine and Nutrition for physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental wellness. My approach is Holistic with a focus on the relationship between mind, body, and spirit. I have a deep capacity to sit with emotional pain and I use this ability to support my clients who are moving through painful life experiences.
