My intention is to encourage individuals and couples to identify thoughts, feelings, and actions that may be creating and maintaining discord and conflict within their lives. I provide a humanistic strucutred approach to counseling. While focusing on clients' strengths and abilities, they are encouraged to explore changes they may want to consider in order to improve current daily life; this may also include both personal and academic/professional relationships.
