I work with adults who feel chronically overwhelmed in relationships and struggle with anxiety that hasn’t improved with coping skills alone. I offer a compassionate and honest space where meaningful change can occur. I work with individuals who are experiencing ongoing stress or emotional difficulty, approaching each relationship with honesty, compassion and thoughtfulness. I support adults facing concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship and family conflict, life transitions, and the effects of trauma. My training is grounded in psychodynamic and family systems therapy, ACT and CBT.
