I specialize exclusively in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). ERP is an evidence-based, time-limited treatment that helps you face fears, reduce compulsions, and build confidence in uncertainty. My goal is to guide you through ERP, help you complete treatment, and discharge once you’ve mastered your tools. If OCD flares up later, you’re always welcome back for booster sessions or another round of ERP. Therapy isn’t forever. It’s meant to help you get back to living.
