I have been working with adults, children, teens and families for over 20 years, I'm licensed in MA and CT. I have significant experience with trauma-informed care. I work with clients who have experienced symptoms of depression, anxiety substance misuse and trauma. These symptoms can have a negative impact on your family, relationships, work and general outlook. It can be difficult to find joy in your life. Together, we will examine your issues and create goals to move toward improving your day to day to find the peace that is hidden there.
