When it rains, it pours! Everyone has those stormy times when different areas of life feel overwhelming. Working with someone to make challenges manageable can bring down the stress and bring back some joy. In addition to my private practice, I have been an educator for over 25 years, working closely with families in crisis and with diverse young children and teens in recovery from trauma.
