Hello, my name is Michelle and if you’re on my page, I want to acknowledge your bravery for thinking about taking this step toward self-care. You were born worthy and are worthy. Your identity is yours and together we will work on creating a safe space for you to heal, grow, and create lasting change. Your narrative matters and my mission is to help you access your voice and empower you to lean into your own vulnerability. With a focus on relationships, I work with individuals, partnerships of any kind, and families to engage in tough, yet healthy dialogue, expressing self and breaking negative patterns of behavior.
