If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or navigating major life changes like grief, divorce, starting college, or caring for elderly parents, you're not alone. I offer a safe and comfortable space to help you navigate these challenges. My goal is to help you build stronger coping skills, improve self esteem, increase self care skills and achieve a greater sense of well-being so you can face the future with confidence. I am a clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience in school and clinical settings. My approach is tailored to fit individual needs and goals in a compassionate environment that promotes growth and change. I practice using a variety of therapeutic techniques and empower clients to process stress and make changes to enhance their lives.
