I’ve been practicing therapy for 6 years and have had the privilege of supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. While my primary focus is working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression and trauma, I have experience with a variety of concerns. I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
