I am a trained trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapist (TF CBT) who specializes in trauma, PTSD, and early childhood trauma. I also work with ODD (Oppositional Defiant Disorder), anger issues, depression, self-harm, suicidal, and mental health issues. I also help those who have anxiety, self-esteem issues, and depression issues.
