I believe we each have an innate ability to heal and therapy is one way to reconnect to that part of ourselves. My role is to support and guide you in a safe and collaborative environment, encouraging curiosity and self-reflection. I take an integrative approach, pulling from various models of therapy, all within a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive and culturally conscious lens. I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief/loss, relational conflict, complex family dynamics and identity development and have particular expertise working with trauma, disrupted attachment and forensic issues.
