In Person Sessions Available. As a Sex and Relationship Therapist, I support people with their Relationships & Marriages, Sexual Intimacy issues, and Infidelity. Issues that can be worked on in Sex Therapy include; mismatched desire, difficulty with arousal/orgasm, low desire, painful sex, sexual trauma, shame surrounding sex, and other challenges related to sexual intimacy. I help couples deepen their intimacy, improve communication, and resolve long standing conflicts. I bring over 15 years of clinical experience to my work. I am a Certified Sex Therapist (AASECT), trained in EFT, Gottman, Sex Therapy, DBT, and ACT. I teach skills where needed, but also do more depth based work on the origins of adaptations that may no longer be serving you. I hold a Sexual Health Certificate in Sex Therapy from University of Michigan.
