I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety and trauma. Creating a safe, supportive environment is incredibly important to me. I want you to feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are — messy thoughts, complicated feelings, and all. Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or overly clinical. While we’ll do meaningful work, I also believe humor can be part of healing.
