My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment to help guide you through struggles you may be experiencing. I take time to get to know and respect the needs/wants of each individual client. No matter what you are going through, I am here to listen, support you, and help you through life's challenges. I take pride in my ability to meet clients where they're at while guiding them to help reach their desired goals. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 10 years of experience. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families in the home, school, community, and hospital settings. I utilize a strengths-based approach and work with a variety of modalities including solution focused therapy, structural family therapy, and crisis intervention.
